For amendable bookings, credit card payments can be made in a range of currencies on check out. For advance purchase rates, credit cards will be charged in local currency. 

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, Leonardo Hotels UK does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of listed hotels and products.

Terms relating to Online Restaurant Offers and Promotions

Restaurant offers advertised are exclusively available to hotel guests who have booked online at www.themidlandhotel.co.uk. Only one booking can be made for each online reservation made. Please note that the number of diners cannot exceed the number of guests booked to stay at the hotel for each reservation. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other restaurant special offers and all bookings are subject to restaurant availability.

Please note that different terms, conditions and cancellation policies in relation to all online bookings via themidlandhotel.com may apply depending on the hotel and room or rate type selected. Please read carefully the room rate details that are provided before you make your online booking. You are advised to check through the rate details before making your online reservation.

Group bookings

Child policy

2 children under 12 may share free with two adults at all Leonardo Hotels UK. This is dependent on suitable room availability. This offer is unavailable at NYX Hotels in the UK.

Residential Spa Access

Use of the poolside and thermal areas is always monitored to ensure the safety and well-being of guests.

The property operates a 60-minute booking window at busy times.

Children under 18 who are residents in the hotel have access to the pool between 7:30am - 9:00am and 5:30pm - 7:00pm (6:30pm Saturday - Sunday). Children must be accompanied by an adult/s. All special offers are subject to availability. At any point in time Leonardo Hotels UK may have a number of offers and promotions available. Please note that all percentage off discounts will be from our Flexible Booking rates. Our Flexible Booking rates are our standard rates that can be amended or cancelled in advance of a stay. These rates may be room only or bed and breakfast; this will be indicated in the terms and conditions of the offer and in the description of the rate.

Apart from printing information in connection with your travel, you are not entitled to reproduce, replicate, sell, resell or otherwise exploit the website listed above unless we provide you with prior written permission to do so.

Social Media Competitions Terms and Conditions 

The prize is as stated on competition landing page or social media post and no alternative is available.
Entry requirements on the social media post must be strictly adhered to. To complete your entry, entrants must be a fan of our Facebook page, or a follower of our Twitter or Instagram, and perform the relevant entry requirements as set out on the competition landing page or social media post.Competitions are open to all followers over 18 years of age, unless otherwise stated. Closing date is as stated on competition landing page or social media post. We endeavour to contact the competition winner within 1 week of the competition closing date to arrange prize distribution. Prize winners will be asked to contact The Midland Hotel via Instagram direct messages to retrieve contact details and coordinate their prize.
Prize winners will receive confirmation via email. We endeavour to post prize vouchers within 28 days of the winner being notified. Please allow for holiday periods. Voucher only valid for 6 months from date of issue. The Midland Hotel competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. All entrants and participants hereby release Instagram of any responsibility. The Midland Hotel employees, their agents, families/friends or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from the competition.
The Midland Hotel's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Midland Hotel reserves the right to publish the name of the winner on our social media, our website and in any consumer or trade press. The Midland Hotel reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition, extend the closing date or amend these terms and conditions at any time. By entering the competition you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
In the event that The Midland Hotel is unable to contact the winner it will draw a replacement winner meaning the first winner will no longer be eligible to receive the prize. The Midland Hotel  will hold prize winner details on file for 6 months after which they will be deleted. This data will not be used by The Midland Hotel to market or advertise to the competition winner, and will not be shared with any third parties. Prize vouchers are non-transferable, non-amendable and cannot be extended. Transport is not included unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility of use
