Please find access to Rena Spa at The Midland from the entrance on Mount Street, on the Western side of the hotel. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment.

If you are taking a treatment of 50 minutes or more you will be offered a robe and slippers to change into, should you wish. Any guests taking express treatments will change as appropriate in the treatment rooms.

Spa Day Guests and Spa break guests must be over the age of 18.

Children under 18 who are residents in the hotel have access to the pool between 7:30am - 9:00am and 5:30pm - 7:00pm (6:30pm Saturday - Sunday). Children must be accompanied by an adult/s. Ratio 1 adult per 2 children. Please contact The Spa at The Midland on EXT 25 if you're in-house or call 0161 932 4086. 

We have great Wi-Fi coverage, but please do not speak on your phone in The Spa and please refrain from taking pictures and videos of other guests.

Which areas of Rena Spa do I have access to during my spa day or spa break?

All spa day and spa break guests have access to the relaxation pool, thermal areas and relaxation suite (excluding Rasul Spa Day).

Guests staying in the hotel can access the relaxation pool, thermal areas and gym. Access to the pool area is subject to availability and is limited to 1 hour.

Contact the spa reception to book a time slot to avoid disappointment as there are limited spaces. If you wish to book any treatments or require more information, please contact the spa directly on spa@leonardohotels.com

Hotel guests wishing to guarantee spa facility access in advance can do so by booking a 50+ minute treatment, please contact the spa for further information. Access to the spa facility may be available during your stay; however, this is subject to availability on arrival.

We strongly advise against using the thermal areas during pregnancy but do advise maximum use of the relaxation area! Pregnant guests, nursing mothers and children under 16 are not permitted to use the thermal areas or whirlpool. A selection of treatments are available beyond the 1st trimester of pregnancy. 

Please take advantage of our spa lockers as we cannot accept responsibility for loss of belongings or jewellery.

We welcome groups, corporate and team days, and can set aside one of our relaxation zones for your own personal use with prior arrangement. Maximum number per group - 6.

Cancellation is 100% chargeable on the day, or 50% if within 24 hours. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under any circumstances. 

Please inform the spa of any medical conditions or allergies as soon as possible prior to arrival. Any health issues diagnosed or under investigation should be confirmed to the spa at the time of booking so we can advise suitable treatments in advance. Any bookings made with undisclosed health information that prevent treatment from being carried out will be charged in full. allergies, and include these on your spa consultation form before your treatment.
